Very nice Junior Suite Experience
We were really surprised by an upgrade to a junior suite, not only spacious but beautifully appointed, with a separate dining area and a luxurious bathroom with great facilities. The staff made our departure even better by sending us off with complimentary cold water bottles, a thoughtful touch. The location was ideal for walking to many attractions in Kyoto. Breakfast service time could use some adjustment for late risers.

boutique type feel, personalized service, delicious pastries
The junior suite feels cramped with excessive furniture!!! A better layout would enhance the overall experience!!! The gym lacks essential equipment for serious workouts!!!

The service is attentive, with staff willing to assist at every turn. Breakfast features high-quality options, with a menu of freshly prepared dishes that highlight local ingredients. The spacious bathroom in my room added to the comfort, while the location offered convenient access to buses for exploring the area. The decor might be too pink for some tastes, and a more diverse in-room snack selection would have enhanced the stay. Noise levels were relatively low, nice for a peaceful night's rest.

The hotel was in a lovely area with beautiful views of the river and easy access to nearby attractions. the room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure guests felt special with personalized touches like birthday cards and complimentary treats. the hotel's afternoon tea area was also a chic and Parisian-inspired spot.
Some amenities could use improvement.
